Shipping policy

We want to get your items to you safely and efficiently, shipping every Monday-Friday. We will provide you with a tracking number for all orders. 

Our chosen courier is Royal Mail. If you require an alternative courier please add this to your order notes as there may be an additional charge.

UK deliveries - usually next day, last order midnight (please allow up to 2-3 working days during busy periods)

Outside UK – If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing your order

Free Shipping & Redelivery

Some of our orders, discounts, or other services will provide free shipping on products. Please be advised that this will not be applied if your order is sent back to us by the courier and requires redelivery. 

If your delivery is unsuccessful and returned to us, the customer will need to provide cost for setting up the redelivery.
